The conflict between some of the narrations has been the concern of the Imams’ (peace be upon them all) companions and scholars during the history of Islam and sometimes it has caused doubts in the believe system of some people. The conflict has occurred from various reasons which this research has talked about one of those reasons that have been effective on the jurisprudence narrations. The subject of current research is the effects of time and place of issuance and its role on changing subjects, criteria and rules’ dependable and also its role on the conflicts between the narrations.
