Dear authors and researchers must fill out (commitment form) and (conflict of interest form) at the time of submitting the article.

Accepted articles will be assigned a DOI code.

Current costs of the publication are provided by Al-Mustafa International University and publication fee is 10,000,000 IRR based on the regulations and laws of Ministry of Science, Research and Technology for papers being accepted and after peer review to cover publishing functions.

1- The Studies of Islamic Jurisprudence and Basis of Law has been upgraded to rank B, according to the announcement of the results of the new ranking of scientific publications related to the year 2019 on the portal of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology.

2- The Studies of Islamic Jurisprudence and Basis of Law respects and obeys the rules of ethics in publications and obeys the CC by publication license as well as the rules of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and follows the executive regulations of the law on preventing and dealing with misconduct in Scientific works.

3- The Studies of Islamic Jurisprudence and Basis of Law has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Islamic Theology Association of seminary.

4- It is mandatory to send the author’s permission form to the journal when registering the article in the journal’s system, the articles without this form will not be included in the review process.

5- The articles before the arbitration are checked at http://www.samimnoor.ir and https://tik.irandoc.ac.ir/ and other matching systems in order to comply with the principles of trustworthiness and prevent plagiarism and they will be removed from the evaluation stage, if they are copy and plagiarism.

6- Read the notices in the "Article Acceptance Process" and "Guidelines for Authors" before submitting the article. Submitted articles must be compiled according to the requested guide. If it is not compiled based on the aforementioned guide, it will not be included in the arbitration procedure

7- Access to the articles of this publication is in the form of open access (OPEN ACCESS)
