There are countless studies on the relationship between crime and economic conditions. The role of economic factors such as poverty, unemployment, income and economic inequality in the occurrence of crimes against property and some crimes such as murder is undeniable. The aim of the present research is to give a brief overview of the most important jurisprudential capacities of the Islamic society, from worship to transactions, for community-oriented prevention of some economic bases of crimes. In jurisprudential teachings with financial and economic basis, the greatest emphasis of Islam is focused on removing or reducing the criminal population in the field of social prevention. Of course, this does not mean that in jurisprudence, the preventive or punitive approach is negated, but the essence of Islamic teachings is the training of inherently good and so-called resilient people in criminal situations. The present article, which was done in a descriptive-analytical way and with reference to library and internet sources, shows that some community-oriented jurisprudence capacities have been neglected. Based on the , unemployment and economic inequality, as the most important results of the current research. It is recommended. The share of exchange contracts such as lease with the condition of possession, installment sale, purchase of debt, advances, guarantees and guarantees, as they are the basis of some economic platforms for the occurrence of crimes, should be limited and limited in Islamic banking.
