Abstract:
Undoubtedly, Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) were in a field of deriving jurisprudence from facts, which the contemporary Companions and followers were deprived of. The main question of the research is what is the influence of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in the legal inference rules of Ahl al-Sunnah? And how is it? Since the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) were the best of all in their knowledge in all fields, especially in the way of deriving rulings, and the source of influence; The present article aims to answer the above problem by describing and analyzing it, therefore, it searched in the realm of Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) traditions and explained it to show that Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) was influential in the knowledge of Sunni jurisprudence, the findings There is a reason for this, he claims a) inducing the rules of jurisprudential inference and its influence in the inference process of the leaders of religions, such as the rule of words implying meanings, the absolute and binding rule, the use of literary rules and general customs in the inference of jurisprudential branches, and... b) great influence in Methods of inference, such as inference based on rational understanding, rules of conflict of evidence, discussions of practical principles. c) Acknowledgment of the scholarly knowledge of Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) and a student who has led to Sunni jurisprudence citations to the traditions of Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.).
