One of the important issues of judicial justice is to prevent the re-offending of a crime against the victim during the trial process. So far, this issue has received less attention from the point of view of Islamic jurisprudence, and due to the importance of the issue on the one hand and the existing vacuum on the other hand, an independent research on this matter was necessary. Therefore, the present article has tried to discuss this issue from the point of view of Islamic jurisprudence in a reasoned and detailed manner with a descriptive, analytical and documentary approach. In this regard, the following article examines three of the most important crimes that may be committed against the victim in the process of judicial proceedings, i.e. threatening the victim, not fulfilling the victim's rights, and not compensating the victim's rights in the event of lack of access to life. And the Shariah foundations of its criminalization have been inferred from the sources of foreign jurisprudence.
