one of the requirements of accession to international conventions and documents in the islamic republic of upstream documents of the Islamic system, especially jurisprudence and constitution. one of the challenging and controversial documents in recent years is the document of unesco education and its supporting document ; that is , sustainable development document of the united nations general assembly . according to the opponents of the adoption of the 2030 document, this document The basis of the liberal and humanist schools imposes cultural educational policies on the countries of the world. hence, the purpose of this article is to investigate the possibility of adopting the 2030 document from terms of legislation and policy aspect in dealing the hadith of eminence of islam. the results of this research indicate that according to the tradition of eminence hadith , any acceptance and commitment to documents and international protocols should be in a way that leads to the domination of Nonmuslim on the social , political and economic structure of the islamic society. in between, the adoption of 2030 has caused irreparable consequences on the cultural, social and economic resources of the islamic republic of iran and pave the way for foreign domination. therefore , the acceptance of the islamic republic of iran is contrary to islamic teachings , especially hadith .
