Texture theory is one of the most famous approaches in modern linguistics. This approach intends to use scientific and universal tools in the field of language to understand the meaning of the speaker in speech analysis and analysis. The question is how the aforementioned theory can be used to understand the meaning of the holy law and the so-called derivation of jurisprudence. In this article, the authors have found some types of context effective in the analysis of the inferences of the legal texts of sale by using the common tools and methods of speech analysis and semantic analysis. The results indicate that the majority of common methods such as reference, substitution and deletion in the field of intra-linguistic context and the types of discourses of the famous linguist Searle in speech acts are declarative, declarative, imperative and Persuasion can be adapted to some inferential bases of jurists in the field of sale. This is despite the fact that few of these actions, like emotional action, did not necessarily have the necessary inferential result for the study of rulings.
