In the inheritance between a Muslim and an infidel, there are two aspects: one is the inheritance of an infidel from a Muslim, which all the jurists of Islamic schools of thought have ruled against the inheritance of an infidel from a Muslim, and they have given numerous proofs from hadiths etc. for the ruling of this aspect. This branch is not a dispute, although they differ in the type of argument. The second sub-section is the inheritance of a Muslim from an infidel, which is the place of serious disagreement between the jurists of Imamia and the jurists of other Islamic schools. Of course, in this regard, some of the Sunni personalities agreed with the Imamiyyah, but the majority of them forbade Muslim inheritance from infidels. And the main reason of Imamiya - apart from the hadiths of the Imams (AS) - against the Sunnis is the application of the verses of the Holy Qur'an.
