The rule of "sanctity of repudiation of religion" is one of the rules that, although it has not been addressed independently in jurisprudential books, jurists have mentioned its content. According to this rule, doing any action that causes people to dislike religion should be avoided; Except in the cases where the holy law is not satisfied to leave it in any case. In order to search for the documentation of this rule, in addition to a more detailed analysis of the four evidences, this article seeks to cite the tradition and rational basis of this rule by referring to reliable jurisprudential and narrative sources. Because the way of thinking has an undeniable role in regulating social relations between people and also inferring many rules of jurisprudence, including the mentioned rule.Also, intellectuals consider the title of rejection as a secondary title in the falsification of their systems. Of course, Seerah al-Aqla is cited when there is no prohibition against it.
The problem that may be introduced that the maximum use of this rule leads to the creation of new jurisprudence or customaryism, is answered in four solutions.
