Nowadays, the use of humanoid robots is considered essential in order to facilitate and speed up the affairs of human life. The accuracy and ability of these robots in doing various things is as if a human did it. Therefore, one of the new issues in the scientific circles of jurisprudents is the authenticity or inauthenticity of this kind of initiative of robots to deliver the orders of the Holy Sharia. For this reason, the main question of this research is that what are the requirements of Shari'i evidence regarding the role of humanoid robots in carrying out orders? This article, in a descriptive-analytical method, after examining the issue from the perspective of ijtihad and jurisprudence evidence, has reached the conclusion that by insisting on evidence such as the assignment of duties to the will and the inclusion of the lawful address to the absent, it is possible to infer the permissibility of humanoid robots' duty to follow orders. However, even in the assumption of not accepting the issue based on ijtihad evidence, it is possible to judge the permissibility of robots to carry out delivery orders from the perspective of jurisprudence evidence and specifically, the principle of innocence.
