Supporting the oppressed and the oppressed is one of the principles of the foreign policy of the Islamic State. The Islamic State is not only responsible for the people under its rule to defend them in case of enemy aggression, but in addition to them, it is responsible for defending the Islamic Ummah and even all the oppressed of the world. In this regard, what is important is providing operational and practical solutions to support the underprivileged. The proposed solutions, while relying on the legal and political system, should be developed and based on religious and Islamic thought, and its link with the religious and social foundations of the Islamic Republic should be maintained. Also, due to the international nature of the problem of supporting the oppressed of the world, a glance at the jurisprudence of religions can be helpful and explain the fields of application of these teachings from the perspective of other countries and Islamic systems. Therefore, what is necessary for the Islamic government is to pay attention to the issue of supporting the oppressed and comprehensive planning in this direction; Looking at the solutions and operational approaches in this direction, it should be emphasized that the Islamic government should take advantage of all its diplomatic, economic, military and legal capacities both in the national and international arenas and put the support of the underprivileged at the top.
